This is a scene from Blackhawk Down. In this scene you see CPL Jamie Smith get shot and the efforts to save his life. This is a perfect example of Tactical Field Care. This scene is fairly accurate as far as the injuries and care to CPL Smith.He had a high femoral artery injury that the Ranger Medic could not control with kit available to him.
