Hazard Assessment Tool
The Hazard Assessment Tool is designed to give you an honest look at the hazards you should be thinking about. If you are honest about the data you enter you will get a pretty objective look that the hazards to prepare for. It is not an absolute. My HVA for a hospital had Wildfire ranked at like 25th. We had to do a full evacuation in under 2 hours because of a fire. This is just a tool to give you a different look at Preparedness.

I always liked this document. Very busy and you can get lost in it, but it does a great job with "what did I forget" questions.
